Return and Refund Policy

At Polyformas, our goal is to provide our customers with a fully satisfactory shopping experience. Below is our Return and Refund Policy, in compliance with current Spanish regulations (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any justification. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the factory seal intact and unused.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an item that does not match your order, Polyformas will cover all return and reshipping costs. Once the defect or error has been verified, we will send you a new or correct product at no additional cost. This must be reported within 15 calendar days of receiving the order.

3. Return and Refund Procedure

  1. Request the return: Contact us through our contact form in the “Contact Us” section to request the withdrawal form or the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  2. Prepare the shipment: Pack the product securely, preferably in its original box, and include a copy of the return form or the RMA.

  3. Send the product: Ship the package to the address provided on the RMA form.

Once we receive the product and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will proceed with the refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • In case of withdrawal: The customer is responsible for shipping and return costs.

  • In case of defective or incorrect products: Polyformas will cover all shipping costs.
